Have you ever heard that saying.... 80% diet 20% working out. well there you have it! Its soo soo very True! Everyone has a 6 pack but you'll never see that 6 pack If you trash your body!! Think CLEAN! For example Lean meats, Good fats, and Good Carbs! Here are a few simple examples of what those are.

  • Oats (coaches oats!!!!)

WAIT....WHAT? PANCAKES?Yes pancakes! Healthy Coconut Almond Pancakes!

  • 1/3 cup of egg whites

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • pinch of baking powder

  • 1/4 cup of grounded almonds

  • 1 oz of shredded coconut flakes

  • cinnamon/stevia/fruit/almondbutter;) your choice!

One of my favorite! Breakfast:)Advice for anyone even if you don't workout breakfast is so important! DONT SKIP IT!Simple yet so good! Oatmeal with berries, Egg whites and spinach and coffee!
