Fitness has become my lifestyle! I love the feeling of being in the weight room and pushing myself to the limit! Strong is the best feeling! If you really want something then hey go GET IT!!!
OHHH MYYY QUADS!
Leg day....lol the go hard or go home day!!! That high carb day...lol I always switch up my workouts! Keep your body constantly guessing, what I'm trying to say is don't just show up and do the same thing over and over and OVER again....BORING? If it doesn't challenge you it wont change you! Have that mind to muscle connection it works! Turn up your music and just zone out LEAVE YOU EGO AT HOME!
- 5 sets of 10 reps squats (heavy)
- 5 sets of 20 leg press!
- 3 sets of 25 squats with dumbbell
- 4 sets of 15 single leg deadlifts
- 3 sets of 20 kick backs (glutes)
- 4 sets of 20 hamstring curls flat bench
- Finnish off with walking lunges go from one end of the gym and back
If you have a goal you want to accomplish ask yourself this...How bad do you want it?Are you ready to give in your 110% dedication and do what it takes? If your second guessing yourself and your not sure you can...THEN DON'T DO IT? your setting yourself up for failure. If you don't want it bad enough you wont get the results! BE DEDICATED! PROVE TO YOURSELF YOU CAN DO IT! AND YOU WILL! I promise trust the process and see results little steps will turn into bigger steps and that's when you really start seeing the magic
