The feeling of acomplishment

I took 3rd place in teen figure! I'm 17 years old and this had to be the best feeling in the whole world! It was not easy at all....I think that's why I fell in love with it! I spent hours and hours at the gym and in my kitchen haha no joke my life was pretty simple...when you hear that saying "eat,train,sleep" uhhh yeah that's how you do it! I woke up every single morning at 5 for three straight months! pretty proud of myself if i do say so myself lol! No alarm needed my passion wakes me;)....uhhh ok yeah no I needed my alarm haha. I cooked all my meals! constantly prepping and downing water like no other! I pulled two a days at the gym..still do now but by choice.. nothing was in my way! I stepped on the stage at 128 my starting weight was 140 and I'm 5'7! That's a whole 11 pounds. I was so leannnn!!! I loved it 
This lasted a week post show...kinda sad :( but again its almost impossible to stay that lean....not very healthy ha. Hair and Makeup was so much fun I looked like a whole new person lol! stage makeup is so crazy and dramatic. I was constantly doubting myself about stepping on stage. I kept telling myself this is not your thing!! your going to freeze up there....NOPE:) not at all I walked on stage with the biggest smile and hit my poses like that! flexed my quads like crazzzzy haha craaamping yeah it happens! outch lol. Taking home a trophy...wow I couldn't have been more proud! I knew right then that I'd be obsessed with the stage!

Okayy....where do i start. Advise for your first show! LISTEN PLEASE.... the binge was bad. WAIT?? I CAN EAT THAT..AND THAT...AND THIS...AND THAT. Yeah NEVER AGAIN! Okay sooo....you finished a huge goal its okay to reward yourself! hey you deserve it! agreed but don't make it a week long reward. I was eating like crazy and looked like my normal self in less then what three days yeaaaah talk about depressing? I Had the worst cravings and it was all sugar cravings...for an example a week before my show I went shopping and everything caught my eye like it was pretty bad....haha
No I'm not going to eat all of that (I said)
yeah i ate it all in less than a week. First show and it was a bad rebound...very! I was looking into it more on bodybuilding.com... reading articles about post shows...and this i guess was freaking normal but a badddd bad thing haha. I gained 6 pounds in one week.
Okay my advise for new competitors
1) Plan out your next show!! pick a date 
2) have a treat but just one day and get back on track!!!
3)stay away from sugar...
4) don't go post show shopping lol 
PREP YOUR FOOD AGAIN! DON'T SHOCK YOUR BODY
